Central Vietnam Holidays

The central region of Vietnam is home to some of the most important historical monuments in the country as well as some of the best beaches.  Explore historical Hue, home to the Perfume River and Imperial Citadel, and head further inland to explore the battle-scarred Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), a much fought over territory in the Vietnam War. Drive over the Hai Van Pass, rather aptly tagged the ‘Pass of the Clouds’ as it is almost permanently shrouded in cloud, and drop down into Da Nang with its impressive China Beach.

A little further on is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hoi An, a historic merchant town with a lazy laid-back feel, a fabulous stretch of beach and a plethora of impressive seamstresses for all your tailoring needs.
