TO BELGRADE Arrive Belgrade and transfer to hotel. Rest of day at leisure |
| Day 2 - Fri | BELGRADE
Morning sightseeing tour to include the city's main attractions - the imposing
Kalemegdan Fortress (dramatically situated at the confluence of the Sava and Danube
Rivers), Republic Square and Mihajlova Street, Saint Sava Temple (the largest
Orthodox Church in the city) and Tito's Memorial. Enjoy dinner with local live
music in a typical national restaurant in the old Bohemian quarter of Skadarlija.

3 - Sat | BELGRADE TO DUBROVNIK VIA
MONTENEGRO After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a short flight
to Podgorica, capital of Montenegro. On arrival, continue by coach to Cetinje,
the historical capital of Montenegro located at the foot of Mount Lovcen. Then,
journey down a spectacularly steep road down towards the Bay of Kotor, the deepest
fjord in Southern Europe and en route view the towns of Risan and Kotor. Continue
to Dubrovnik for dinner and 2 night stay. | | Day
4 - Sun | DUBROVNIK This morning,
take a walking tour of Croatia's pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik. Tour will include
The Rector's Palace, Bell Tower Clock, Orlando's Column and the Sponza Palace.
You will also see the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery, its Pharmacy
being one of the oldest in the world. The rest of the day is at leisure. |
| Day 5 - Mon | DUBROVNIK
TO SPLIT Depart Dubrovnik and travel north towards Split, along the
spectacular Adriatic coast, passing old fishing villages and new resorts en route.
On arrival in Split, enjoy a city tour featuring the historic inner city, built
around the Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage
site. See the remnants of Split's Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures,
Jupiter's Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. Check-in to hotel for dinner
and overnight stay. | | Day 6 - Tue |
SPLIT TO TROGIR AND PLITVICE LAKES After breakfast,
head to Trogir, centre of artistic activities, where scholars from around the
world gather to study and paint here. Then, turn inland and travel to Plitvice
Lakes National Park. On arrival, have your camera ready and take a walking tour
around several of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breath-taking scenery of this natural
wonder of 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation.

7 - Wed | PLITVICE LAKES VIA OPATIJA AND POSTOJNA
TO BLED Return to the coast and travel to the popular along the beautiful
bay of Kvarner to its popular resort, Opatija. After time for independent exploration,
journey north to Postojna, home to one of the largest caves in Europe. Tour the
fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train. Afterwards, continue
to the twon of Bled, beautifully set amidst the Julian Alps, for dinner and 2

BLED Today take a sightseeing tour of Bled,
which features both the lakeshore and the charming town with its imposing Bled
Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake. Rest of day is at leisure for
optional excursions, such as visiting the small island in the middle of the lake. |
| Day 9 - Fri | BLED
TO LJUBLJANA & ZAGREB Start your day with a walking tour of Ljubljana,
the capital of Slovenia. Visit the most significant sights of the old city centre
- the picturesque Central open-air Market and the Three Bridges (both designed
by famous architect Joze Plecnik) Baroque Town Hall and Robba's Fountain. Then,
continue to Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia for dinner and 2 night stay. |
| Day 10 - Sat | ZAGREB
This morning enjoy the city tour featuring the historic Upper Town, St. Mark's
Church, St. Catherine's Church, the Cathedral and the Parliament or take an optional
excursion to the surrounding area in the countryside. | | Day
