This essential introduction to the three Baltic capitals is an excellent tour for a first time visitor or for those who enjoy more relaxed group tours. Staying in five and four-star hotels, this tour not only includes sightseeing tours of each city but also visits highlights such as the former Lithuanian medieval capital of Trakai, the stately Rundale Palace in Latvia and the Estonian seaside resort of Pärnu.

Itinerary
Day 1 FLY TO VILNIUS
Optional transfer to hotel for 2 nights. Welcome meeting in hotel lobby.
Day 2VILNIUS
Morning sightseeing tour of Vilnius including the grand Cathedral of Peter and Paul, the gothic Church of St Anne’s and the baroque buildings of Vilnius University. Afternoon at leisure or optional excursion to the medieval capital of Trakai, The 14th-century red-bricked castle, located on an island in the tranquil lake Galve, now houses a small history museum.
Day 3 VILNIUS TO RIGA
Depart by coach to Riga with visit en route to the Hill of Crosses ( an atmospheric place of pilgrimage) and Rundale Palace, former residence of the Duke of Courland. Arrive Riga, and check-in hotel for 3 nights.
Day 4

RIGA
Morning sightseeing tour of Riga. The Old Town of Riga presents you with more than 800 years of history Free day to explore Riga.

Day 5

RIGA
Day to explore Riga.

OPTIONAL: Morning sightseeing excursion to Sigulda, Latvia’s Switzerland. Here, you will visit the Turaida Museum Reserve including the 13th- century German Knight’s Castle and Gutmana Cave.

Day 6

RIGA TO TALLINN
Depart by coach to Tallinn with visit en route to the Ethnographical Open Air Museum situated on the outskirts of Riga to see traditional Latvian rural buildings. A stop is also made in Pärnu, a seaside resort on the Baltic Sea. Continue to Tallinn and check-in hotel for 2 nights.

Day 7 TALLINN
Morning sightseeing tour of Tallinn including the medieval Upper and Lower Towns, Pirita Olympic Yacht Centre and the Song Festival Grounds, a place which many Estonians hold dear as it is the birthplace of Estonia’s Singing Revolution in 1988. Afternoon at leisure or optional excursion to magnificent baroque Kadriorg Palace, founded in 1721 by the Russian Emperor, Peter the Great.
