| Day 1 |
ARRIVE HANOI
Arrive Hanoi and transfer to hotel for 3 nights. Rest of
day free to explore at leisure. |
| Day 2 |
HANOI
Enjoy a full day city tour of Hanoi to include the Ho Chi
Minh Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda and the
Temple of Literature, including a talk by Dr Huu Ngoc,
a well-known Vietnamese historian. Take a cyclo ride
through the streets before attending the unique water
puppet show in the evening. |

HANOI
Free day in Hanoi to explore at leisure

| Day 4 |
HANOI TO HALONG BAY
Take a scenic 31/2 hour drive to board your deluxe junk
and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch, while cruising along
the bay. There will be an opportunity for swimming. Dock
for the evening and enjoy dinner onboard. Overnight stay
in Halong Bay on Halong Ginger junk |
| Day 5 |
HALONG BAY TO HUE VIA HANOI
Watch the sunrise over the bay while practicing your
Tai Chi on the deck. Buffet brunch on board whilst
returning back to the pier. Drive to Hanoi and transfer
to airport for flight to Hue.

| Day 6 |
HUE
Take a dragon boat ride along the Perfume River and
then visit the Imperial City for a special tour led by
famous historian, Mr Phan Thuan An. After a
vegetarian lunch, visit the Tu Duc and Khai Dinh Royal
Tombs. In the evening, enjoy a home-hosted dinner at
the restored royal home of Vinh Tu.

| Day 7 |
HUE-HOI AN
Drive to Hoi An through the scenic Hai Van Pass
known as Pass of the Clouds. Visit Marble Mountain,
China Beach and the Cham Museum en route before
arriving in Hoi An. Check-in hotel for 2 nights. |

Day 8
|
HOI AN
Stroll through the charming village of Hoi An, an
ancient trading port. The afternoon is free for shopping
or to enjoy an optional trip to My Son, an important
Cham religious site dating back to the late 4th century.

| Day 9 |
HOI AN TO SAIGON
Fly to Saigon and transfer to the Mekong Delta. Board
a private boat for a river cruise for a taste of life on the
Mekong. Continue to Can Tho for overnight stay. |
| Day 10 |
CAN THO-SAIGON
Board the boat for a cruise to the lively Cia Rang
floating market. Return to Saigon, stopping for lunch
en route. Overnight stay in Saigon. |
| Day 11 |
SAIGON
Morning visit to a local market with a well-known
Vietnamese chef. Here, you will shop for the
ingredients for your private cooking lesson. Return to
her home for your cooking lesson, followed by lunch of
the dishes you’ve created. In the afternoon enjoy a city
tour of Saigon. |
| Day 12 |
SAIGON-CU CHI TUNNELS
Drive through the Vietnamese countryside to the
famous Cu Chi Tunnels. Return to Saigon in the
afternoon for tea with a famous calligrapher. Farewell
dinner in the former residence of the first US
Ambassador to Saigon. |
| Day 13 |
DEPART SAIGON OR ADD-ON CAMBODIA
Day at leisure until departure transfer to airport for
return flight or onward flight to Siem Reap for the
Cambodian extension. |
