A Gdansk city break may not the most obvious choice for a weekend away in Poland but, for a small city its historical impact is huge; World War II kicked off here and Solidarity was founded in 1981 and there is much to see and do here. Follow the old Royal Road from the Golden Gate, through the painstakingly restored Old Town of Gdansk with its traditional burgher's townhouses. Observe the soaring heights of St Mary's Church before climbing the tower for sensational views across the town. Contemplate the moving Roads to Freedom exhibit in the shipyards following the struggles of Solidarity. Allow time to check the statues in the Madison Shopping Gallery before doing some people watching from one of Gdansk's many waterfront bars and restaurants with their sweeping views across the harbour.
Our Gdansk city breaks include 3 nights accommodation with breakfast, return flights in economy class and all airport taxes.

Reviews
Hanza Hotel - comfortable hotel, friendly service and excellent food. We very much appreciate your arranging of the holiday even though Gdansk was not in your city breaks brochure (although I note that it is now). The service over the phone was clear and friendly, and made for a stress-free journey and holiday. We certainly would use Regent Holidays again.
