The Celal Sultan was characterful...room on slightly small side. Very good breakfast. Staff helpful and excellent location.
We had a wonderful holiday in Istanbul and I would certainly recommend Regent Holidays to my friends. The Celal Sultan hotel was superb and the staff were so friendly. There was a slight hiccup when we arrived with the taxi transfer but this was recified quickly...Altogether a brilliant holiday and we would certainly like to return to Istanbul and we would have no hesitation in booking through Regent Holidays.
