One of our favourite things to eat in Georgia is Khachapuri. This quintessential Georgian starter (although we have eaten it for breakfast!)is a thin pie-type of bread, filled with mildly salted cheese. There are several waist-expanding varieties including an egg filled diamond shaped one from Ajara.
