I always recommend my clients should visit the restored Tanners’ Bridge whilst in Tirana. Vlora City Breaks
The scenic coastal city of Vlora, Albania's second biggest port town, was founded as a Greek colony back in the 6th century BC and has been inhabited ever since. As such, there is a strong sense of history here, spanning ancient empires and leading right up to Albania’s independence which was declared here in 1912. There are three informative museums in Vlora each giving a different perspective on the town’s history and culture, all offering a refreshing respite from a morning on the scorching beach!
