of rice paper, a key ingredient in Vietnamese
cuisine.

The trip includes visits to the floating market
at Cai Be, to an authentic old house and to a family-run
business producing rice paper - a key ingredient
in Vietnamese cuisine. Lunch is on an ait in a local
house set amongst fruit orchards and bonsai trees.

drawn by a bicycle or motorbike - to visit the Binh
Thuy old house, a local market and a temple. Overnight
