Greenland provides a similar
range of activities to Iceland but also the opportunity
to take a cruise amongst the Arctic scenery, where huge
glaciers sink into the ocean and large icebergs drift
silently by.
Parts of Greenland are only really accessible
during our summer months and it is then that the Artic
wildlife can be safely viewed and most tourist excursions
are operating. We do, however, offer a winter itinerary
which gives the opportunity of seeing the icebergs at
their best and the winter wildlife of the Kangerlussuaq
region.
Greenland offers the most opportunity
of viewing the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis), since
the night skies are most often clear.
Our tours run either via Reykjavik or
Copenhagen and vary from 6-10 days duration.
