This delightful family-run boutique hotel is located outside the Old Town, and it’s a very pleasant 30-minute stroll along the lakefront to reach the main town of Ohrid.

There are just 12 apartment type rooms, but the pool and delightful gardens are the real gem here.

The Aleksandar Villa SPA and Wellness Centre offers guests treatments as well as a dry-heat sauna, a steam room and an indoor salt water pool. The hotel has a restaurant which serves a good breakfast buffet and evening meals.
