Walk across the sky bridge from the Bangkok International Airport to the hotel. Overnight Bangkok.

Bangkok-Chiang Rai-Chaing Saen

Flight to Chiang Rai. Transfer by road to Chiang Saen for overnight stay.

Chian Saen- Houei Xay - Muang Sing

After breakfast, transfer to Chiang Kong. After immigration formalities, you will be accompanied by the guide in a local long tailed motor boat across to Houei Xay After your arrival in Houei Xay; you will embark in a local boat that leads you to the edge of many countries such as China, Myanmar and Laos. Arrive in Xieng Kok then have a short transfer by road to Muang Sing. On the way, your guide will give you some essential information about a civilization of different areas, which is quite unique from one to another.Diner and overnight at the Stupa Mountain Lodge. ( Lunch and Dinner)

Full day trek to Akha

In the morning, you will walk to the Akha village and have a complete day discovering this ethnic group's culture and life style. According to the tradition, women from the village will be glad to offer you a traditional massage. Overnight in a local house ( Lunch and Dinner )

Full day trek

Trekking along a small valley and stop for a picnic in an exceptional site. Continue to discover local way of life and Akha culture with participation in local activities. Overnight in a local house. ( Lunch and Dinner)

Muang Sin - Luang Namtha.

After a short trek through exceptional landscape with beautiful scenery, you will find a waterfall where you can swim and enjoy the water. Then back to the Stupa Mountain Lodge for lunch. In the early afternoon, transfer by road to the main provincial of Luang Nam Tha.During all your journeys with the Akha people, you will involve yourself into many different activities that occur every year depending on the seasons (participation in farming work, collecting medicinal plants, singing and dances, etc…).Overnight at the Boat Landing Guest House. ( Lunch and Dinner )

Day 7

Full day visit Luang Namtha

This will be a peaceful day embarking in a local boat to visit the Nam Ha river and some interesting villages such as the Khmu and Lanten villages. You will also have the chance to observe the wild life. Overnight at the Boat Landing Guest House ( Lunch and Dinner)

Luang Namtha-Kamu lodge

In the early in the morning, your driver will pick you up at your guesthouse and drive to Pak Beng. On the way you will make a stop at Oudomxay for lunch and visit to the local market. In Pak Beng, you will embark in a local boat which will take you to the Kamu Lodge. The Kamu Lodge is made up of 20 tents with thatched roofs which blend in with their surroundings and are in the style of local Laos homes. Each tent is appointed with traditional furniture made of bamboo and wood. Hot water is available in each bath room (solar power). Overnight Kamu Lodge. ( Lunch and Dinner )

Full day activity at Kamu lodge

This day will be entirely devoted to the traditional daily life. Here are some activities available in Kamu Lodge:· Demonstration of rice planting (with participation possible) with traditional techniques of cultivating the rice.

• Find some gold in the Mekong river (period from January to June).
• Have a walk in the forest and gain some new information about traditional medicinal plants.
• Trekking around and discover a waterfall of 15 m height (2 hours of walk and boat)
• Fishing in the Mekong Visit the Khmu village and local people.

Departure to Luang Prabang by boat. On the way make a stop at the Pak Ou cave. Lunch in Luang Prabang In the afternoon, city tour in Luang Prabang. Overnight Luang Prabang.

Depart Luang Prabang

Free at your leisure until your transfer to the airport for your flight to Bangkok.
