Itinerary

| Day 1 |
Fly to Moscow - Transfer
to hotel for 3 nights. Dinner at hotel. |
| Day 2 |
Moscow. Meet guide
in reception for morning sightseeing tour of Moscow
including a visit to the Tretyakov Gallery. Evening
performance at the Moscow State Circus. Dinner
NB Please note that the Moscow State Circus have some acts including live animals i.e hedgehogs, bears and monkeys, which some clients may find distressing. Attendance is not obligatory! |
| Day 3 |
Moscow.
Half-day tour of the Kremlin including a visit to
the Armoury, built in 1841 as a weapons and arms
factory, which now houses Russian treasures ranging
from religious icons to Fabergé eggs |
| Day 4 |
Moscow to St. Petersburg.
Walking shopping tour of Old Arbat street + metro
tour. After dinner depart for rail station for
train to at 23.55

| Day 5 |
St. Petersburg.
Arrive St Petersburg, transfer to hotel for 3
nights. After breakfast, morning city tour of
St Petersburg with a photo-stop of St Isaac’s Cathedral.
Dinner

| Day 6 |
St Petersburg. Morning
tour of the world-renowned Hermitage Museum and
an afternoon excursion to Peter and Paul Fortress,
one of the oldest buildings in St Petersburg and
resting place of Peter the Great.

| Day 7 |
St Petersburg. Day
excursion to Pushkin, also known as Tsarskoe Selo,
where you visit the lavish Catherine’s
Palace, with its recently restored Amber Room. Dinner |

Day 8
|
Fly to the UK. Free
morning before mid-afternoon transfer to airport
for flight back to the UK
