An
8 day Siberian Tiger Spotting tour featuring Moscow
& Vladivostok from £1350 per person
This magnificent beast, which
is native to the Primarye region of Siberia, is close
to extinction. Today, there are just 400 of them, but
thanks to the recent publicity given to their plight,
their future is now more secure. This 10 day Siberian
adventure will give you a unique opportunity to view
this great feline close-up, from the safety of a specially
constructed elevated cabin. Although the tigers can
be seen all year round, November to April is the optimum
season.
The tour will start in Russia's
most easterly port and terminus of the Trans-Siberian
Railway, Vladivostock. To reach this city, we can book
flights or tickets on the true Trans-Siberian route
from Moscow or book flights as suggested below. Following
a full tour of Vladivostock, you will be transferred
to Lazo, your base for the duration of the tour. Tours
are possible to the remarkable Elarnovskie Waterfalls
and Ekaterina Caves, visits to the Archaeological and
Nature Museums and a ginseng farm. For wildlife photographers,
there are ample opportunities to snap deer, elks, birds
and, of course, tigers!

| Day 2 |
Day 2 -6 Siberian Tiger Spotting Tour based in Lazo reserve
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Lazo with lunch
en route. Accommodation at a local hotel. Excursion
to Nature Museum. Dinner in local café. Overnight
hotel. |
| Day 3 |
Breakfast in café. Excursion
to American Cordon [taiga forest] inhabited by tigers.
Lunch. Return to Lazo for dinner and overnight. |
| Day 4 |
Breakfast on reserve. Excursion to taiga [near
Yelamovskiye Waterfalls] searching for tiger tracks.
Picnic lunch. Return to Lazo Dinner and overnight
at hotel.

Breakfast on reserve. Excursion to Petrova Island
[Petrov Cordon]. Lunch. Excursion to Peschanaya
Bay. Dinner, Banya and overnight on reserve in
Peschanaya Bay.

Breakfast on reserve. Return to Lazo. Excursion
to dog training station and meeting with tiger
specialist. Lunch. Dinner and overnight hotel.

Breakfast at the café. Transfer back to
Vladivostock with lunch en route. Overnight in hotel. |

Transfer to airport for flight to Moscow.
