Thank you Jurate for all the arrangements you made for us. Transport worked well and hotels were good, especially the Hotel Justus in Riga (excellent, beautifully developed and decorated). Hotel positions were all excellent.

R. Burgess

Had a small problem with the evening meals but this was addressed with a full refund of full board payment - thank you! Apart from this I very much enjoyed this trip - the cities visited were very attractive and the hotels we stayed in first class.

Mr D Tutill

Good value for money. Excellent guide in Tallinn

P. Clark

Once again our special thanks to Jurate. Her help and attention to detail during the Volcanic Ash episode reduced any anxiety to a minimum. We enjoyed our holiday, even though out time in Tallinn had to be cut short. The staff at the Justus Hotel in Riga were particularly helpful and caring.

S. Hogan

Local guides were excellent. The tour group was interesting - multi-national when I'd imagined it would all be British people, this added a different dimension to the holiday. Information and maps sent out from Regent Holidays were very helpful. It was good to be able to email Jurate with any queries.

Ms C Rogers

We have found Jurate's helpfulness and suggestions invaluable. Despite temperatures down to minus 22, we found plenty to do. Our transfer at Riga worked well and hotels were ideally situated. Generally friendly, helpful hotel staff...a holiday to remember and savor.

Mr J M Pennock

The Mabre Residence Hotel in Vilnius had very helpful staff, all the hotels were well situated. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

The Mabre Residence is an excellent hotel in all aspects. It’s comfortable and well-equipped the staff were friendly, with a quiet lovely historic atmosphere and is ideally situated.

I would like to express a special thank you to Joanne Wheeler for her dedicated personal service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.

Eating out in Vilnius proved to be a memorable and rewarding experience, and remarkably good value. I expect most people will enjoy making their own discoveries, but our very special favourite was the ‘Holy Miko’s’ in SV Mykolo – just round the corner from the Mabre Residence. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere and delightful staff.

This is our third Regent Holiday; it follows the same quality that we experienced on the previous holidays. We appreciated being met on arrival and take to our accommodation. The people in the field were very helpful and we experienced no problems. Thanks to your staff for making the whole experience possible.
