DAY 1
MOSCOW
Arrive Moscow, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 2
TRAIN TO IRKUTSK
Free day in Moscow (or book optional excursions). Evening transfer to railway station for train 2 ‘The Rossiya’ to Irkutsk (NB: Train 2 operates from Moscow on odd dates i.e. 1st, 3rd, 5th etc., except 31st of the month).
DAY 3
ON TRAIN
On train for next 3 days to Irkutsk passing through Perm, Ekaterinburg and Omsk.
DAY 6
IRKUTSK TO LAKE BAIKAL
Arrive Irkutsk and transfer to the village of Listvyanka on Lake Baikal for 2 nights in a home-stay.
DAY 7
LAKE BAIKAL
Free day by Lake Baikal (or book optional excursions).
DAY 8
TRAIN TO VLADIVOSTOK
Early morning transfer from Listvyanka to Irkutsk railway station for train to Vladivostok.
DAY 9
ON TRAIN
On train for next 2 days to Vladivostok passing through Ulan Ude and Khabarovsk.
DAY 11
VLADIVOSTOK
Arrive early morning, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 12
DEPART VLADIVOSTOK
Options to fly back to Moscow, take ferry to Japan or fly to Pyongyang to join one of our North Korean tours.
