Itinerary
|
| Day 1 |
Arrival in Lviv.
Transfer to hotel Dnister, check-in, and a discussion
about the trip with your guide. |
| Day 2 |
Lviv. Morning city
tour of Lviv including Old town, churches, pharmacy
museum . Walk to High Castle hill, which has breathtaking
views of the city. The rest of the day is free
to explore at leisure. (on request tickets to
Opera & Ballet Theatre).

| Day 3 |
Transfer to Iaremche.
Check-in for one night at the hotel in Iaremche,
whereafter there is a walking tour of the area
and a visit to an impressive water-fall, and then
a huge market selling fine Carpathian handicrafts.
Free time for lunch and in the afternoon, a walking
tour to the Dovbush hill.

| Day 4 |
Morning drive to the Bukovel
ski resort, and travelling by lift to the top
of the mountain. After that a journey to the village
Vorohta going past
picturesque mountain villages. In Vorohta itself,
there is a walk through the hills, taking in sights
like Carpathian cottages, wooden churches, wooden
handicraft wells and an old bridge. Stay overnight
in Vorohta.

| Day 5 |
In the morning we will drive to the foot of the
Goverla mountain.
At 2060 m or 6900ft it is the highest peak in
Ukraine with amazing panoramas from the summit.
It is a nice easy climb and there will be plenty
of rest stops along the way to take in the magnificent
scenery on the way up. For this trip we will need
to bring some food for the day, so be sure to
bring a rucksack or daysack. We will spend up
to 4-5 hours climbing to the top of Goverla, including
the time taken for stops. Then the return down.
Overnight stay in Vorohta.

Return to Lviv.
Check–in. Leisure time.

In the morning free time before transfer to airport.
Flight to the UK. |
