In the morning, perhaps set off on an optional glacier experience at Langjökull glacier. An eight-wheel monster truck picks you up directly from the hotel to spend a morning driving up on Langjökull glacier. Step out onto the glacier to explore the man-made Ice Cave that burrows deep inside it. After walking deep inside the glacier maybe relax at the Krauma geothermal baths. Located 25 minutes from Hotel Husafell in Borgarfjordur this complex features two saunas, a tranquillity space and five outdoor nature baths fed by Europe's highest flowing hot spring, Deildartunguhver.
