Red Square, Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. Photo-stops
at Novodevichy Monastery, Peter the Great Monument
and Vorobievsky Hills. |

Free day in Moscow to explore at leisure or book
optional excursions. |

MOSCOW TO ST PETERSBURG
Free day before transfer to railway station for
overnight train to St Petersburg.

Arrive St Petersburg, transfer to hotel for 3
nights. Morning city tour of St Petersburg (3
hours) including St Isaac’s Cathedral. Photo-stops
across the water to Peter and Paul Fortress, Battleship

GRAND EXPRESS TRAIN
The Grand Express train is the luxurious way to travel
overnight between Moscow and St Petersburg. The train
is a deluxe hotel on wheels and offers spacious carriages
with sofas, air-conditioning, LCD TV with DVD players
and internet access.
We book the Grand Class 2-berth compartments which
have a larger sofa-bed and a smaller bed above as well
as an en-suite shower and WC. There is also a restaurant
and bar on board. If you are not booking the five-star
plus option but would like to include the Grand Express
train in your itinerary, then please contact us for
a quotation.
