Ras Al Jinz Reserve Holidays

Green turtles are known to have a special affinity for the beaches at Ras Al Jinz, as well as the nearby shallow lagoons. Every year in July, nearly 20,000 female turtles come to shore to lay their eggs. If you visit between September and November, you can witness the laying and hatching ritual. Even if you're not lucky enough to spot a turtle up close, you should still visit the beach to see the turtle tracks.
