  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver sales targets and company KPI’s
  • Provide operational support
  • Manage a team of highly experienced and target focused sales consultants

  • Measure and report on your team’s performance to Senior Management

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730 and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Late shifts may be required during peak winter months.

Sales Specialists

Due to our continued expansion strategy and organic growth, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for 2 highly enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Sales Specialists to join our friendly and professional team based in central Bristol.

One position is with our very busy Iceland Department arranging holidays to Iceland, Greenland, Faroe Islands and Scandinavia. Our second position is to join our Russia and Europe department so selling holidays to Russia, Eastern Europe and beyond and would perhaps suit a Russian graduate looking to start in the travel industry.

We offer onsite training and support but would expect the right candidate to have 2 years prior experience in the travel industry creating and selling tailor made holidays using a CRS, ideally Amadeus with high standards of customer service and organisational skills.
