City Breaks in Krakow, Poland with Regent Holidays

Krakow City Breaks - Poland 2008

3 night city breaks in Krakow from £255 per person including flights.

Krakow is one of Europe's hot new destinations. As the cultural capital of Poland, the city never suffers a shortage of exhibitions, art, concerts and theatrical
performances. From buskers and street artists in the main square to opera in the concert halls, it is impossible to avoid immersing yourself in a host of musical and theatrical delights. Market Square is the largest medieval square in Europe and is the focal point of festivals and cultural events.

Although the Old Town has many restaurants, locals like to keep quiet about the best, so be prepared to hunt them out. Along the old cobbled streets leading to Market Square, you will find new boutiques alongside traditional craft and clothing shops. Any visit to Krakow should include Wawel Royal Cathedral and, of course, an evening at the Philharmonic.

Regent recommends... fine dining at Wirzynek Restaurant on the Market Square. Dating back the 14th century, this sumptuous restaurant offers delicious traditional Polish cuisine at very reasonable prices.
