Northern Lights Superjeep Hunt

Embark on a unique adventure hunting for the northern lights by Superjeep and enjoy an evening filled with excitement and surprises. Travelling in a vehicle specially modified for the rugged Icelandic terrain, head away from the bright lights of Reykjavik into the surrounding mountains in search of the elusive aurora. 

Departs daily 15 September to 15 April after 8pm, subject to local conditions. Should you not get to see the northern lights on the first occasion, you will be offered the chance to try again on another evening for free, so we highly recommend booking this excursion towards the beginning of your holiday. 

Regent Recommends:
Northern lights tours take you away from the city lights in order to avoid light pollution, which interrupts any sighting of the Aurora. Because of this, we advise you to walk carefully in remote, unlit areas that could be icy or slippery underfoot. A good pair of hiking boots is recommended for this excursion, and plenty of warm, waterproof clothing. We find that layering is a good option.
