Our Northern Lights holidays in Iceland offer a unique experience.
From late autumn to early spring the northern skies come alive with the flickering neon lights of the aurora borealis. Caused by the collision of energetic charged particles with atoms in the high altitude atmosphere, the result is a magical light show and once-in-a-lifetime travel experience.
We offer a variety of ways to enjoy the northern lights holidays in Iceland, from breaks in the city including evening trips to the wilderness to stays in-country lodges and hotels where you can enjoy the northern lights from your own hot tub!
Alternatively, try one of our northern lights tours that show you the country and its' highlights by day, and northern lights hunt by night.
Our northern lights group tours are fully guided, and range from including evening talks on this phenomenon to learning how to take that all-important photograph of the light show.
