Georgia has many delicious traditional foods, my favourite being Khachapuri Imeruli. This cheese filled bread hails from the Imereti region, but can be found in most parts of the country - it is a filling snack that can enjoyed as a basic and inexpensive meal in itself, and is often best experienced in a basic city café washed down with local wine.

Georgia Individual Tours

Choose a tour to Georgia and discover one of the most pleasantly surprising and welcoming countries you may ever visit. Proud Georgians greet you with open arms whether you are roaming the cobbled, compact streets of its charming capital, Tbilisi, village hopping through the stunning Caucasus Mountains or sampling some world-renowned Georgian wine at one of its many golden vineyards.

A tour to Georgia is as fascinating and culturally fulfilling as any; explore the 3rd century BC cave city of Uplis-Tsikhe, visit Josef Stalin’s home town of Gori and its somewhat flattering museum dedicated to the dictator’s life, gorge on delicious national cuisine in any number of restaurants and private homes or on an alfresco picnic in the breathtaking Georgian countryside.
