Booked with Jill, who did an excellent job, loved Jill's enthusiasm, knowledge and customer approach. Kremlin and St Basil's view was outstanding from studio room at the National Hotel and the location perfect. Local guide Sergei was a joy but the Russian taxi transfers were average! The seats arranged at the Bolshoi were brilliant - thank you.
