Hebron Holidays

Continuously inhabited for nearly 3500 years, Hebron has an old city built mainly by the Ottomans, it is now unlike most others in the West bank as it lies quiet and seldom used. The separation of the city in to H1 and H2 has created a network of checkpoints and empty streets. In the centre of Hebron lies the Tomb of the Patriarchs, the resting place of Abraham and above it both a mosque and a synagogue.
