The journey from Panglao to Antequera takes 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive, visit Mag-Aso Falls, an 8-metre waterfall surrounded by tropical trees and plants. A man-made staircase leads to a pool below the falls where you can take a refreshing dip. Next, explore the Handicrafts Showroom and public market in Antequera, where items made from bamboo, rattan, wicker, and buri are available, ranging from home furnishings to fashion accessories. Continue by bicycle to Corella for a short course on local mushroom cultivation. Enjoy a plant-based lunch at Green Thumb Mushroom Farm. Afterwards, visit the Tarsier Sanctuary to see the world’s smallest primate and meet Carlito Pizzaras, known as the “Tarsier Man.” You can choose to ride or cycle back to Panglao in the afternoon.
