Hoi An Wellness Experience: Yoga and Plant-Based Cooking

Start at 08:00 from the hotel with a transfer to a yoga house in Cam Thanh. Begin with a consultation to assess your yoga experience level, followed by a 60-minute yoga session. The session includes gentle postures to help reduce stress and clear the mind.

After yoga, enjoy a scenic cycling trip to an eco-friendly organic farm. Along the way, take a short ride in a basket boat through a coconut nipa forest. Upon arrival at the farm, which is also a community farming collective, participate in a plant-based cooking class. Use fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested from the farm to prepare a meal. After the cooking session, enjoy the meal you prepared before returning to the hotel or your next destination.
