The hotel’s Silfra Restaurant offers seasonal, contemporary Nordic cuisine with an emphasis on sustainable, farm-fresh produce cooked slowly for added flavour. The chef uses traditional Icelandic ingredients to create modern dishes such as freshly caught Arctic char from Þhingvallavatn served with pickles or the unique crème brûlée made with thick and creamy Icelandic Skyr.
