Hotel Dukagjini enjoys a central location in Peja, beside the Lumbardh River and just a short walk from the historic bazaar. Dating back to 1956 and subsequently extensively renovated, this well-established hotel offers a comfortable base for exploring western Kosovo and the spectacular Rugova Mountains. Its 67 rooms and suites combine contemporary comforts with city views, while the indoor swimming pool and spa are particularly welcome after a day spent exploring.

For additional space, the Presidential Room and impressive Penthouse Room offer upgraded accommodation and city views. Rooms include air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV and minibar, with en-suite bathrooms.

Dining

The hotel offers a choice of places to eat and drink, serving a mixture of local and international dishes. Breakfast is served each morning, while the central location also puts guests within easy walking distance of Peja’s cafés and restaurants.

Location & Experiences

Hotel Dukagjini is well placed for exploring Peja on foot, including its historic bazaar and attractive riverside. Just outside the city, the dramatic Rugova Gorge provides the gateway to the Rugova Mountains, with magnificent scenery, walking trails and traditional mountain villages. The medieval Patriarchate of Peja is another of the area’s most important sights.

Why Regent Loves It…

We particularly like Hotel Dukagjini for the combination of its central Peja location and excellent leisure facilities. It makes a comfortable base for exploring one of Kosovo’s most scenic regions, and returning to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi and spa after a day in the Rugova Mountains is a definite bonus.
