Spend the day exploring Gothenburg by using your Go City pass. This includes both the hop-on-hop-off Gothenburg sightseeing bus and boat, so you can easily get your bearings and explore.We recommend a visit to the Gothenburg Museum of Arts - one of the finest in Sweden. It showcases renowned collections from international and Nordic artists.Visit Gothenburg Museum to see the country's only exhibited Viking ship, Äskekärrsskeppet, and other fascinating exhibitions, as well as a visit to the Volvo Museum by journeying through history from 1927 until present day and learn all about Volvo's history and heritage. Why not give your taste buds a treat by sampling delicious ice creams and pastries at Kampanilen bakery on Karl Johansgatan. (B)
Today, why not consider using your Go City pass to experience the Paddan sightseeing boat tour. Step aboard the Paddan boats in the centre of the city at Kungsportsplatsen. See the old moat and canals that date from the 17th century while learning about the history of Gothenburg’s construction and defence. During this tour you will pass by famous sights – the opera house, the famous fish market “Feskekörka”, green parks, the old ship yard areas and docks along the harbour.
