The Finnish capital is simply bursting with culture and activities sure to keep you busy. Perhaps, embark on a hop-on-hop-off Helsinki city sightseeing bus tour and visit the many museums in town, such as the Kiasma Contemporary Art Museum or the Military Museum's Manege. Alternatively, you can also take a dip in a heated pool or brave the cold pool at Allas Sea Pool. (B)
In the morning, transfer by taxi or on foot to Helsinki Central Station for your train to Turku (journey takes approx. 2 hours). On arrival, make your own way to Solo Sokos Hotel Turun Seurahuone and check in for 2 nights. In the afternoon, embark on a 2.5-hour private walking tour in the heart of Turku and learn more about Finnish history and daily life in this unique city. Visit Turku’s modern city centre as well as the old Cathedral and Old Turku. Turku has a great range of small museums such as the Turku Art Museum, the Sibelius Museum and the Wäinö Aaltonen Museum. You may also opt for a visit to the charming Naantali village, located a 20-minute drive away from Turku at the doorstep of Finland’s amazing archipelago. (B)
