Daigo Sauna

DAIGO SAUNA is a small private inn set in a renovated traditional Japanese house on a hillside overlooking Daigo in northern Ibaraki. With just three guest rooms and space for up to 12 guests, it works particularly well for families and small groups looking for an informal stay with plenty of privacy. Guests have access to a kitchen and spacious living areas, while the garden can be used for barbecues and evenings around the fire. The highlight is the private sauna built inside an Oya stone storehouse, heated by a wood-burning stove and with the option to create your own löyly steam. A relaxation area looks across Daigo and the surrounding countryside.
