Breakfast is a very special affair at the Arctic Light Hotel, with a colourful, energising start to the day created by Finnish-American TV chef Sara La Fountain. In the evening, head to the hotel’s Arctic Boulevard restaurant where game from the local forests and fells is a menu highlight.

For adventure-seekers, a host of thrilling winter activities can be pre-booked, from snowmobiling and husky sledging to ice fishing and skiing.
We had a wonderful time in Rovaniemi. Never thought I would enjoy -20 something so much! The Arctic Light Hotel was fantastic and the breakfast wonderful, which set us up for the day. We were given a room with our own sauna, which we enjoyed using.
