Set into the hillside of a Lappish forest, the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel’s über-cool pod-suites provide unending views of the landscape and northern skies through an elevated glass wall.
At present, the hotel has 52 individual Arctic TreeHouse suites plus 8 larger Arctic GlassHouse and ArcticScene suites housed in cleverly designed wooden cubes with a large panoramic window. The rooms are on stilts in rows above the hotel's reception and restaurant.
Each suite features double or twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen TV and espresso coffee machine.
For a really special stay choose one of their five stunning Arctic Glass Houses, which are great for families of 4-6 persons or two couples. They have two bedrooms with a double bed, and we love the fireplace and private sauna - perfect for a cosy evening in.
The ArcticScene suites can accommodate up to 5 persons and have an amazing wellness area with a scenery sauna, that has floor-to-ceiling windows, bath and separate shower.
Delicious meals served with a Lappish twist are served at the hotel’s panoramic restaurant - Rakas Restaurant and Bar.
