Sonnien Hotel

The Sonnien Hotel is located on Xinsheng South Road in Taipei’s Da’an District, close to Daan Forest Park and within easy reach of Taipei’s city centre attractions. Opened in 2014, this contemporary hotel offers 89 guest rooms designed in a simple modern style with warm lighting and neutral tones. Rooms feature complimentary minibar snacks and drinks, tea and coffee-making facilities, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, quality bedding, and en-suite bathrooms. In line with Taiwan’s sustainability regulations, disposable toiletries are not provided. Facilities include the J3 Bar, serving cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and an all-day restaurant offering local and international cuisine. The hotel’s location on a tree-lined boulevard provides a quieter setting than many central Taipei hotels while remaining well connected to the city’s transport network and major sights.
