This morning, take the train westbound towards Fyn, a Danish island where Odense stands. Enjoy a free day to explore this wonderful historical city, where the author Hans Christian Andersen was born and lived. Don't miss the museum dedicated to his life work. ODENSE TO AARHUS
Aarhus

Today take the train in the direction of Aarhus. This is Denmark's second largest city and is a dynamic and youthful town. Choose to explore its art museum, ARoS with a spectacular architecture and many modern pieces of art. Take a stroll through the centre where you can stumble upon a wide range of hip boutiques, and cafes, as well as antique shops and art galleries. (B)

RETURN TO COPENHAGEN
Copenhagen

Enjoy the morning in Aarhus before leaving by bus to the ferry terminal, where you will sail back to Sjælland Island for about an hour. Enjoy the sea as the boat reaches Odden where you disembark and transfer to a bus which takes you back to Copenhagen. (B)
