Today, set out to explore Tallinn. Tallinn's Old Town is divided into two distinct parts: Toompea Hill, where the seat of the Estonian government can be found at Toompea Castle, as well as the 19th-century symbol of the Tsar's power in Estonia, the grandiose Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Lower Town is where you will find the medieval part of Tallinn, cobbled lanes and alleys, and an impressive market square.
