Nellim Wilderness Hotel

Nellim Wilderness Hotel is located on the edge of beautiful Lake Inari in the far north of Finland.

It is run by a company dedicated to adventure-based ecotourism who want to share the untouched wilderness around the hotel with you, and this welcoming mentality makes Nellim Wilderness Hotel a wonderful base to come back to after spending the day out tackling winter activities or just enjoying the landscape.

Choose from a wilderness room, family suite, a cosy traditional log cabin, an aurora bubble, and many other options when you stay here. There really is something to suit every traveller, whether you’re a big family, a group of friends, or a couple looking for some peace and quiet. Some rooms even boast their own private sauna!

The rooms are all fantastic, but we particularly love the aurora bubbles or aurora kotas, where you can snuggle down in bed and stare up at the beautiful night sky through the glass ceiling - and maybe even see the northern lights dancing through the atmosphere high, high above you.
