Aurora & Whales Expedition onboard MV Quest

Fly from the UK to Tromsø and transfer to the city centre where you'll spend the first two night of your Norwegian adventure. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Spend a free day discovering Tromsø’s natural wonders or head out on an optional excursion. Perhaps marvel at the icy wilderness whilst being pulled through fields by a herd of reindeer or join a cross-country skiing and snowshoeing excursion. (B)

After a free day in Tromsø, meet at the Norwegian Travel Sales office in the evening from where you will travel by bus to the MV Quest boat. After settling in, enjoy an exquisite three-course dinner at the Arctic restaurant on board while sailing into the night, away from light pollution and optimising your chances of catching the northern lights. Watch from the warm and comfortable panorama lounge. (B,D)

Wake up to the possibility of spotting whales right outside your cabin. After a sumptuous breakfast, you continue the day with a thrilling whale watching experience, offering a unique opportunity to witness these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, all whilst on board the boat. At midday, you will be served a nourishing lunch on board while the boat sails back to Tromsø. Arriving back in the afternoon, you will be transferred back to the city by bus. (B,L)
