For those short on time, discover the highlights of Armenia and Georgia on this twin-centre holiday. Explore the historic city of Yerevan, one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world which offers great views of Mount Ararat. Educate yourself in innumerable museums, stroll wide boulevards and enjoy coffee and the local brandy in any number of street side cafes and restaurants. Continue to colourful Tbilisi with its meandering maze of streets in the historic Old Town. Ride the steep funicular railway to the summit of Mount Mtatsminda for panoramic views of the city and cross the modern Peace Bridge to Rike Park with its abundance of flowers.
Tour Itinerary
Arrive in the early morning hours, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for a 4-night stay. After your long journey, enjoy the remainder of the morning at your leisure, with breakfast at the hotel.
At 12:30, meet your guide for a walking tour of Yerevan, beginning with a welcome lunch at the Tavern Yerevan Restaurant. The tour will continue to Republic Square, followed by visits to Freedom Square, the Armenian Opera Theatre, Victory Square, and the Mother Armenia Statue. You'll also take a metro ride before returning to your hotel. (B,L)

After breakfast check out of your hotel and transfer to the bus station to catch the public bus to Tbilisi, a journey of 290km. On arrival make your own way to the Kisi Hotel to check-in for 4 nights, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. (B)
Today is free for you to enjoy at your own pace. You can delve deeper into Tbilisi's charming Old Town, where you can wander through its historic streets, visit local landmarks, and experience its unique atmosphere. Relax in one of the city's cosy cafes, savouring local coffee and pastries. Alternatively, you might want to explore the various shops and boutiques for souvenirs, local crafts, or Georgian fashion.
