The morning tour starts at 08:30, venturing 30 minutes from Hanoi to Bat Trang, renowned for its porcelain and pottery. Explore the village's narrow alleys, visit a local house to learn pottery techniques, and delve into a site of ancestral worship. The tour concludes at the village market displaying diverse ceramics. Return to the hotel by noon. In the afternoon, at 14:00, embark on a tour of Hanoi's highlights, including the Temple of Literature, Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and the Water Puppet Theater, offering a glimpse into the ancient art of water puppetry from the 11th century. At 08:00, depart from the hotel for a 3-hour drive to Ninh Binh Province in northern Vietnam. The sanctuary provides an educational experience, showcasing bear rehabilitation processes. After a vegetarian lunch, the journey continues to Cuc Phuong National Park, visiting the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre and the Carnivore and Pangolin Education Centre. Interact with a local artisan on Le Loi Street, stroll through the old central market, and visit the city's oldest pre-war-era apartment. Departing at 08:30 from Ho Chi Minh City, today's journey takes you to Ben Tre, the 'island of coconuts' in the Mekong Delta. Cycle through scenic roads, paddle a sampan in narrow canals, and enjoy tropical fruits in a garden. After a xe loi ride, savor a Vietnamese lunch. In the afternoon, visit homes to see rice paper or rice wine making. Later, transfer to Thoi Son Island for an overnight stay at a boutique lodge amidst fruit and palm trees along the riverbanks. Coconut Plantation

After an early breakfast at the lodge, embark on an active cycling experience. Take a short boat ride on the Tien River, passing local fish farms, and explore the Mekong Delta's waterways. Cycle through coconut and cacao plantations, visiting a cacao farmer’s house to observe the processes. Enjoy a break at a local pagoda before cycling back to the starting point.
