Snowhotel Kirkenes

Get away from it all at the winter wonderland that is Snowhotel Kirkenes, nestled in the idyllic forest and mountains with the arctic fjord spread out in front. 

Snowhotel 365 is a permanent structure, crafted completely from snow and ice, which is open all year round. It offers 14 uniquely crafted rooms and an ice bar created by master ice sculptors from around the world. The whole structure is a marvellous work of art available for you to spend one spectacular night in a cool -4°C.

For a warmer night’s sleep, the Gamme Cabins, inspired by the traditional hunting and fishing huts found in the Sami areas of the Arctic are an excellent choice. They offer a modern and luxurious twist to these traditional huts, incorporating natural woods, underfloor heating, en-suite bathroom and a large, panoramic window for watching the aurora borealis.

There is also a large husky camp on the property, a tiny reindeer park and Høyloftet restaurant which serves up arctic inspired delicacies using fresh and local ingredients.
