Discover Poland’s historic highlights on our 8-day Classic Poland coach tour with regular departures between June and September. Staying in 4 and 5-star hotels, travel from the Baltic coast in the north to Krakow in the south uncovering Prussian castles, royal cities and wartime memorials. This morning drive to Czestochowa, the spiritual heart of Poland. Visit Jasna Gora Monastery, home to the miraculous 'Black Madonna', before continuing to Krakow. Check into the hotel for 2 nights. (B)

Day 8 - Today reflect on the tragic events of WWII on a sobering visit to Auschwitz. The tour starts with a 50-minute documentary movie about the liberation of the Camp. Your guide will introduce you to the historical and political background of creating the camp in Auschwitz. Then the tour proceeds to the museum founded in the remaining prison blocks, the gas chamber and the crematorium. After a short break, the trip continues to Birkenau which is the biggest Nazi concentration camp. Overnight in Krakow. (B)
Day 9 - Spend the day at leasure before transfer to airport for the flight back to UK. (B)
