Witness the majesty of Iceland's peaks and glaciers on this five-day holiday.

Take a thrilling ride on an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) to the top of Mt. Festarfjall and to the black-sand beach of Selatangar. En route to Sólheimajökull glacier for a hike on the third day, pass by towering volcanoes, stunning glaciers and dramatic waterfalls. Delve into the heart of Langjökull glacier on day four, travelling by a specially modified glacier vehicle to the ice cave and then plunging deep into the ice itself.

DAY 1
FLY TO REYKJAVIK
Northern lights - Iceland

Arrive into Reykjavík to be met and transferred to the hotel by coach.

DAY 2
ATV ADVENTURE & NORTHERN LIGHTS
ATV tour - Iceland

Today, enjoy a two-hour thrilling excursion by ATV. Learn how to handle an ATV before setting off in convoy towards Mt Festarfjall. Rugged landscape passes by towards the summit of the mountain, then head to the black-sand beach of Selatangar. After the ATV adventure head to the Blue Lagoon to spend the rest of the afternoon bathing in its warm waters* or take the next available coach back to the hotel. After dark, head out on a Northern Lights coach tour to search for the aurora away from the bright lights of the city. DAY 3
GLACIER HIKE & WATERFALLS
Glacier hiking - Iceland

Travel in a coach through lush farmland in South Iceland, with powerful volcanoes, glaciers and thundering waterfalls aplenty. Reach Sólheimajökull glacier for a 1/1.5-hour easy walk through a spellbinding glacial landscape and learn more about glaciers from the guide. En route back to Reykjavík, stop at Seljalandsfoss waterfall to walk behind the cascading wall of water and look out through the spray. Then visit Skógafoss Waterfall, one of the region's star attractions and arguably Iceland's most iconic waterfall. (B)

LANGJOKULL MAN-MADE ICE CAVE
 Langjökull Man-made Ice cave - Iceland

Voyage through the scenic mountains and valleys of west Iceland from Reykjavík to the lush Húsafell area. Stop at Europe's most powerful hot spring Deildartunguhver and the beautiful Hraunfossar lava waterfalls before heading on up to Langjökull glacier. On arrival, get on board of a specially modified glacier vehicle to the ice cave. Accompanied by a guide, plunge into the ice cave and right into the glacier itself. Stretching nearly 300 metres into the glacier, this tunnel offers a unique opportunity to see the ice from the inside. With astonishing shades of crystalline blue on offer, it is an otherworldly location. (B)
