Svalbard Mini Cruise

7 Day Tour, from £2455 per person

Located high in the Arctic Ocean, Spitsbergen is the largest island of the Svalbard archipelago in northern Norway. Stay in the world's most northerly town, Longyearbyen, and combine this with a unique mini expedition around Svalbard to make for the perfect Arctic experience.

Set sail on a summer mini expedition where the midnight sun bathes the Arctic in endless daylight. Sail past glittering glaciers, dramatic fjords and vibrant tundra, and keep an eye open for seals, walruses and even polar bears as you explore the untouched beauty of Svalbard. En route, stop at scenic towns such as Magdalenefjorden, Kongsfjorden and Isfjorden, all rich in wildlife, historical landmarks and natural beauty.

Longyearbyen accommodation is based at the Radisson Blu Polar Hotel, but accommodation is also available at the  the luxurious Funken Lodge. Speak with us about what hotel is right for you.

Please note this mini cruise operates Mondays and Thursdays, 15 May 2025 to 11 September 2025.

We have selected the three-night cruise for this itinerary, but please ask us about the alternative four-night cruise.

The day-by-day programme on board the ship offers a glimpse of what you can expect during the voyage, but this is just a guide as the weather conditions may lead to changes along the way.
