Narsarsuaq - Hike to the Ice Cap

This excursion is suitable for people who can walk at least 6km in mountainous terrain. Travel by bus until the end of the road, whereby continue by foot through the Flower Valley, named because of the stunning colourful sub-arctic flora that grows here. Lunch (included) is at the top of a 1000 foot mountain, which has amazing views over the glacier and Ice Cap. After lunch it is possible to walk down and touch the Ice Cap.
