Casa Simeon is located in the centre of Bacacay, Albay, around 35 minutes from Legazpi City and within easy reach of the town market, park, and beach. Built in 1920 as the ancestral home of Simeon Alparce, it has been restored as the only heritage house in Albay converted into a boutique bed and breakfast. The main house now holds the reception, restaurant, café, and library, while nine modern guest rooms, constructed using recycled wood from the original house, are located at the rear. Rooms feature air-conditioning, private bathrooms, desks, and tea and coffee facilities. On-site dining highlights family recipes and local specialities, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Facilities include a terrace, mini-museum, and garden, with WiFi throughout. Casa Simeon also offers bike hire, shuttle services, and views of Mayon Volcano.
