A short flight from Cebu takes you to Camiguin, one of the Philippines’ most underrated islands and recently named by The New York Times as one of its 52 Places to Visit in 2026. Still relatively off the mainstream circuit, Camiguin offers a quieter, more local island experience. This 4-day add-on starts and ends in Cebu and fits easily into a wider Philippines itinerary. The pace is relaxed but organised, with guided touring on both sides of the island and time to swim, walk and switch off.
You will visit the sites that define Camiguin: the cross rising from the sea at the Sunken Cemetery, the coral stone remains of Gui-ob Church Ruins, and the stretch of sand at White Island Sandbar facing Mt. Hibok-Hibok. Nature stops include Tuasan Falls, Katibawasan Falls, Sto. Niño Cold Spring and Ardent Hot Springs. Flights, transfers and excursions are arranged. Speak to our Regent Holidays travel specialist to add this to your Philippines holiday.

From Cebu, take a short flight to Camiguin Island. Often called the “Island Born of Fire,” Camiguin is a peaceful island shaped by its volcanic landscapes. Its quiet beaches, lush greenery, and small-town charm offer a slower pace and a chance to experience a different side of the Philippines. Upon arrival, you will be taken to your accommodation to settle in and prepare for the adventures and excursions planned for the coming days. (B)

After breakfast, you will head to the western side of Camiguin, an area renowned for its unique blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. You’ll visit the Sunken Cemetery, where a large cross rises from the sea, a striking reminder of the island’s volcanic past. The nearby Gui-ob Church Ruins offer a glimpse of 16th-century Spanish architecture, partially reclaimed by moss and nature.
You will also experience Tuasan Falls, a refreshing spot surrounded by lush greenery, and Sto. Niño Cold Spring, where the naturally cool waters provide a relaxing pause. The day concludes at the Sunken Cemetery Viewpoint, offering a panoramic setting to enjoy one of the island’s most memorable sunsets. (B,L)
